Having helped hundreds of people since 1999, ACCOUNTABILITY is easily the #1 reason people don't stick to a program. It's easy to go back to your old habits when you don't have anyone to help you stay motivated and accountable. Every new client of Get You In Shape is assigned an Accountability Coach that is there to help teach, train and mentor you as you get started.
Our Group Personal Training program gives YOU the best of both worlds. You get the individual attention and instruction on how to properly perform exercises from one of our top notch Coppell Personal Trainers in a supportive group environment. You also get put in a healthy and positive community of folks just like YOU who want to look, feel and perform better.
Learn once and for all exactly what, when and how you should be eating as an individual in order to reach your goals. Tools, grocery lists, what you should and shouldn't eat and much more nutrition.
An Accountability Coach to help walk with you
We understand that one of the toughest things about starting a new fitness program is not having the personal accountability you need to stick and stay for long-term results (lifestyle). We have a step by step accountability and coaching program to help you maximize your results because you are NOT alone. You have a dedicated coach to help you start, stick and stay! The main thing is that YOU are not alone during the process as you have someone walking with you along the way.

5:30am, 6:30am, 8:00am, 12pm
Evening Times Monday/Wednesday at 5:30pm & 6:30pm and Friday’s at 5:30pm
Cardio Club (interval based cardio)
5:30am & 6:30am - Tuesday and Thursday
