Get You In Shape’s Tips and info for week #3

As we move forward during the summer months, we are going to be giving you one tip to   focus on each week. This week’s tip is a hard one so hopefully we can all help by asking each other if we are trying to implement it. Remember, we are all in this together.

1. Tip of the week – Go here for the tipBased on the questions from last week, we wanted to pick one each in the coming weeks to actually focus on. So go here to read the tip and start applying it this week.

2. Cardio Club  –  Pay per session options or just save the money and pay for the whole summer. We have 23 people in Cardio Club this Month! join any time. Positive Off-day cardio environment.

3. July 4th Schedule- Here is the one question survey to let us know. Are you going to be here on Wednesday July 4th? Let us know what time you would workout if we offered it. We will be adding Saturday July 7th also as a make up date but wanted to see who would go on July 4th.
