Trainer Tip of the week – Here is the tip that will hopefully motivate you to take action.

This Saturday – We will be outside this week for the Saturday sessions (7am and 8am). Julie McCan will still be out of town and Kristi, Tarah, and myself will be at a conference this weekend. So we will use the outside we have a great workout planned for Saturday morning.

Product of the Month  –
Each month of 2013, Get You In Shape will spotlight an Advocare product that we feel will help you AND give all GYIS clients a discount on the product of the month. We hope it is just another way we can show our “Love” and help you.
Our Product this month is what we will be adding as an additional off-day cardio option. The Advocare Fitness DVD. Here is the information about it and the February discount for you.

Valentine’s Week Promotions – It’s not too late. We have 18 people signed up and we will allow you, our clients to invite as many folks as you want to bring with you.
For You – Free week of Cardio Club. Many have not tried out our off- day program that we have had for twelve months now. This will be a great time to come see what the rave is all about and see if it’s something you would want to commit to. These dates will be Feb. 12th and Feb. 14th @5:30am or 6:00pm. We are outside at all cardio club sessions.
Bring a Friend Week – Feb 11th – Feb 16th– Just have them go to to sign up. They can also come to the Cardio Club workouts with you.

Workouts this weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F and Saturday.  Next week we will begin also including the Advocare Can u 24 series.  Seven – 24 minute workouts that do not require any equipment so it will be a great alternative for the days you do not want to get outside. Here is the information on it. We have plenty of stock so respond back to this or let Kristi know you would like to purchase one.

Reminder to the 5:30am  Session – For days that we are inside, we will give anyone that would rather be outside an option of working out outside. Unless it’s too cold (in the 20′s or snowing), we will have one trainer outside for those who do not mind or would rather be outside.
Monday’s and Friday sessions inside will be in two of the rooms on the first floor instead of the gym. We will offer anyone who wants to, the option of working out outside. We are lucky this is not a year round thing, but on our end, we just want to accommodate everyone’s needs.
