Trainer Tip of the weekClick Here  for our Trainer Tip of the week. This tip is a can’t miss tip that will help benefit you. We had 7 Get You In Shape clients at our first fitness clinic on Saturday. We covered some great tips about running form and about improving your mobility/flexibility which will improve your results.

Youth Athletic Performance Program – This will be a great program and we have set it up so that you can pay for however many sessions the athletes can come to. Information is at GetKidsInShape.com

Summer
Cardio Club – Tu-Th at 5:30am and 6:30am -We have 30 folks in Cardio Club but if have not joined and still want to, here is the link to our summer special. Can’t make it every week but want to come when you can? Here is the punch pass link to pay for 5 anytime sessions.

Get You In Shape Trainer Tarah West getting married on Saturday, June 15th. Certainly a special time for our GYIS community as Tarah is getting married.
We will be posting something on the GYIS VIP page so each of you can send her off with high spirits.
