Trainer Tip of the week – Here is the tip Four Healthy Fats you should add to your diet.

Evening Sessions – A reminder that the 5pm and 6:15pm sessions are outside at all times until further notice.

5:30am  Session – For days that we are inside, we will give anyone that would rather be outside an option of working out outside. Unless it’s too cold (in the 20’s or snowing), we will have one trainer outside for those who do not mind or would rather be outside.
Unfortunately, starting this Friday, our Monday’s and Friday sessions inside will be in two of the rooms on the first floor instead of the gym. Since some have asked, we will offer anyone who wants to, the option of working out outside. We are lucking this is not a year round thing, but on our end, we just want to accommodate everyone’s needs.

24 Day Challenge  – Here is the information
We have our next Group Meeting next Tuesday so we invite anyone looking to hear our 2nd best program to come check it out.

Workouts this weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F.  Saturday is our monthly GYIS 5k @  8am

Women of Strength – Zumba – Yes! January 24th @ 7pm at our house. This is open to everyone so please invite others to come with you. If you did not get an evite about it, please email cynthia @ getyouinshape. com  so she can get it to you.

Stay Connected and Motivated – As stated last week, we will be limiting emails to once a week. We suggest you like our Facebook page here and also see the secret group we started on facebook (link on the right of each email we send out). We believe this will be great for those needing more motivation and accountability.
A quick note about the private group – It’s private. All that means is that if you post a picture of where you did your off-day cardio or your lunch only the GYIS community will see it. We know this will quickly become a great tool that everyone can use for extra support, motivation, and accountability.
