Sorry I am just putting these pictures up. These are from the Coppell Boot Camp in February. Get You In Shape is not just your average boot camp. Each new participant is in a groups with ONLY NEW PARTICIPANTS and the personal trainer to participant is VERY LOW (3-5 particpants to 1 trainer – close to one on one training). Most boot camps only have one personal trainer. This would mean that the new participants are NOT getting the instruction and help they need or the returning participants are not getting a good work out because the trainer is so focused on helping the new participants. Get You In Shape, like I mentioned, has the new participants in a seperate group as they begin to ensure lower personal trainer to participant ratio. This helps ensure each participants goes at their OWN FITNESS level while progressing at their own pace. With 4 certified personal trainers, all with top certifications, we make sure each boot camp paricipant get an experience that they have NEVER recieved. With 90 participants alone in 4 classes this month, we are all about quality and not quantity. We CAN have 90-100 people and still provide QUALITY because our system is designed properly. That is one reason why we have so many trainers.
