Get You In Shape started the Coppell Boot Camp in October of 2007 with one time and 5 participants. Since then, we have had over 1, 500 participants in our boot camps and we now have 6 different boot camp times. We have helped many people lose weight, get healthy, and change their life. With so much success in our boot camps, we are now ready to start sharing
the program with other areas. I was the only trainer when we started and we now have 5 highly qualified personal trainers that are amazing at what they do. This will allow us to bring this unique boot camp program to other areas.
We are excited to announce that we will begin our Dallas Boot Camp right in the heart of downtown in Uptown starting in August.
