Hi, my name is Rachael Freeman and I am from Coppell, TX. I work for the Coppell Police Department. I started the Get You In Shape Boot Camp in May of 2008 because I was still carrying a few pounds from my first pregnancy. So initially I just wanted to lose that weight from the pregnancy and get back to what I thought was normal for me.
After the first week of hard boot camp workouts, I felt really good and I felt like I could gain motivation. I had a lot more energy than anticipated. After the first month, I knew I was getting results from the fitness boot camp.
When I started the fitness program in May of 2008, I was a size 8. My last boot camp was October of 2009 and I was a size 0. So I went from a size 8 to a size 0. I have lost a little over 25 pounds. TO be honest with you, it was almost effortless toward the middle and toward the end of the program.
The boot camp is a great way to get motivated. If you are like me and have problems staying motivated to workout. Once I get the motivation to move forward and to do something like this, I have always gotten the motivation.
