Dallas Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Health and Fitness Tip of the Week
Coppell Personal Trainer and Boot Camp Health and Fitness Tip of the Week.
Nutrition! What a headache it can cause…WHAT to eat?…HOW to eat?…WHEN to eat? There are so many different schools of thought and theories. For this week’s Tip of the Week, we wanted to keep things simple and just offer a few nutritional tidbits to help you make a few healthy changes starting right now. The video provides a few simple substitutions you can make in your everyday diet that will help give your body what is needs.
Many times we get caught up in the snare of advertising and fall into their cleverly disguised products that tout LOW FAT and SUGAR FREE. Beware of these claims because ultimately the manufacturer wants their product to taste good so the fat and sweetness will be provided by unnatural and artificial chemically altered products.
It is difficult to avoid every single bad product out there, so hopefully this week’s tip of the week can help you start making changes simply in the food you eat on a regular basis. What are the items you and your family eat regularly? Start checking out the ingredients of those items first and ask yourself if there is a better option to what you are currently buying.
Not sure and need a little help? The Get You In Shape team will happily come over and raid your pantry and help you get started in the right direction. Don’t hesitate to call or email with your food substitution questions.
