I ended up doing it twice because I knew I could do better than I did the first time.
Here is the first attempt. I got 95 Reps

Here is the video from my second attempt in which I improved my reps by 6. I went from 95 to 101.

What is CrossFit?

In a nutshell, CrossFit encompasses 10 different physical skills. There are ten recognized general physical skills. They are cardiovascular/respiratory endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power,
coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

The CrossFit program consists of “constantly varied, high intensity, functional movements.”

The CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity; we don’t change programs.

We know that the Get You In Shape Coppell Boot Camp is a range of all fitness levels and we try to incorporate a lot of the CrossFit methods when training so that each of you get the most out of the workouts.
