Trainer Tip of the week  – Here is the tip This is once again a celebration for all the hard work that the Biggest Winner’s put forth in 5 week AND an encouragement for anyone looking to get a jump start toward summer and slimming down.

Workouts this weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F and  Saturday sessions are at 7am and 8am this week.
