You need to be able to grab something quick and easy. You can do it  without blowing you program.

Just choose from this list of 50 Great Snacks Under 100 Calories. ( Do try to stay away from the 100 calories snack packs. You get better nutrition and a lot more volume from real food.)

Tracy said that I need to put some mom friendly food in here. Yes, I have gotten into trouble before for eating snacks that were “for the kids”. FYI:  don’t eat more than 30 Goldfish if you’re in a bind.

17. 1 small sweet potato

18.  30 Goldfish crackers

19.  1 iced fairy cake

20. 2 Cadbury Roses

21.  2 squares of 85 per cent cocoa dark chocolate

22.  6 Animal Crackers

23.  1 cup fresh Pineapple

24.  1 meringue nest with 6 strawberries

25.  1/2 of an English muffin

26.  2 cups of watermelon

27.  25 Jelly Belly jelly beans

28.  Half a pint of lager and 7 peanuts

39.  1/2 cup of applesauce

40.  2 cups. fresh raspberries

41.  28g serving of porridge oats

42.  1 hard-boiled egg

43.  5 roasted chestnuts

44. 1 plain small sized bagel

45.  1 Cup Asparagus

47.   2 Cups puffed rice cereal

48. 1 sliced boiled potato with 1tbsp fresh salsa
