Q: What was your life like before joining the Get You In Shape Program?
I was overweight and extremely tired all the time. (More than average.) My Sleeping Pattern were sporadic and not a Very Good Quality.

Q: Why did you decide to join the Get You In Shape program?
I felt I needed to make a change now for two reasons. I didn’t want the problem to get worse and I knew I needed a change to run My Business effectively.

Q: What was your first impression from the Get You In Shape program?
It was an intense hour of exercise. “Get in, get it done and get out” mentality. With My Busy Schedule, it works well for me. The first week was the toughest! Any kind of change is always an adjustment but results happen quickly which is motivating.

Q: What have been some of the tools you have used that have benefited you?
Showing up to class regularly along with Working Out when I can’t make it to class or go on vacation.

Q: How is the Get You In Shape program different from other programs you have tried before?
Speaking for My Situation, I like the Boot Camp/Circuit Training Approach. Intense Exercise, the variety of exercises. Each exercise also has a Simple Modifier or a More Difficult Modifier depending on Your Fitness Level.

Q: What results and benefits have you experienced in the Get You In Shape Program?
I’ve lost 21 pounds in 6 Weeks. Immediately My Quality of Sleep improved and I had more energy throughout the day. (I’m always at the 5:30 AM Session.)

Q: What would you say to anyone looking at this program?
I would say try it for Two Weeks. It’s a casual atmosphere with no intimidation of a Regular Gym or Fitness Center and Personal Instruction on every step of the way.
