Sat: Two Saturday Personal Training Sessions (7:00am, 8:00am) and 1 Community 5K Every 4-Week Session
NOTE: We want to you show up so once you are in our program you can come to any of our program times. You don't have to schedule in advance and you can hop from one session time to another. We make it flexible with 5-6 session times so you can get in your workouts around your busy schedule.

Message us and let's talk! We can work around most joint issues, injuries, arthritis, etc--that's why we have highly skilled trainers and work in a small group environment. But let's talk. We will always provide you with an honest assessment of whether/how we can work with any issues that you may have. And we will always work with your physician's recommendations.
