Trainer Tip of the week – Here is the tip This In an effort to continue to find ways to help encourage you and to help measure progress, we are coming up with a new GYIS Testing program. Just like the mile bands have been a huge hit, we believe this will be a great new addition to what we are already doing to help each client get the most out of our program.
Spring Cleaning – Our next informational meeting for our proven 24 Day Challenge will be April 2nd at our home in Coppell. Since it officially spring, we will be going over the importance of “Why our bodies need a cleanse every 90 days”.
