SaturdayCoppell 5k benefiting Coppell Special Olympics. – Sign up for our 4th Annual charity benefiting our soldiers.

Sign up at to add your name to our team. This is a national event and we are one of many events that will be on Armed Services Day. Everyone will be doing 90 seconds of pushups either May 17th (at one of our sessions) or May 18th so you might as well sign up and help us give back to our military. If you missed my post a few weeks ago about why I/we got involved with this great event, go here to read it. In the end, this is a small way we can give back to our heroes and we would love for you to join us in our efforts.
