Trainer Tip of the week – Here is the tip that is a great motivational tool that hopefully will inspire you.

Product of the Month  –Last week to take advantage of the off-day cardio fitness dvd we have been suggesting as one of the off-day workout options (see workouts this week below), the Advocare Fitness DVD. Here is the information about it and the February discount for you.

Valentine’s Week Promotions – Thanks for all that bright folks last week. We had 20 people come out and experience our program first hand. We have our New Member Orientation for those folks tonight and hopefully some of you will get some cash from our referral rewards program.

Workouts this weekHere are the workouts for this week. We go M-W-F and Saturday is our monthly GYIS 5k @8am. We encourage everyone to make it out on Saturday morning.

Reminder to the 5:30am  Session – For days that we are inside, we will give anyone that would rather be outside an option of working out outside. Unless it’s too cold (in the 20′s or snowing), we will have one trainer outside for those who do not mind or would rather be outside.
Monday’s and Friday sessions inside will be in two of the rooms on the first floor instead of the gym. We will offer anyone who wants to, the option of working out outside. We are lucky this is not a year round thing, but on our end, we just want to accommodate everyone’s needs.
