The Tip of the Week this week is really just encouraging anyone looking to make some changes to sign up for our Get You In Shape Biggest Winner Contest coming up.

This is a FREE Contest for anyone looking to be a part of a Team with other GYIS Clients.

The Biggest Winner Contest was started in 2012 to help give more motivation, accountability and support to our Get You In Shape Clients.

We had great success by putting everyone in a great environment, building a great team atmosphere, giving our clients more tools to succeed, and allowing everyone in our program to get to know each other a little better.

This will be a 5 week COMMITMENT that will encourage TEAM (Together Everyone Achieves More) involvement. It will start February 22nd and end March 29th.

We
will have weekly journal checks, weekly check ins, weekly nutrition meetings, and weekly group cardio.

There will be both individual winners (male and female) and team winners.

Each person signing up will be put on a team and each team member will play a key role in motivating, encouraging, inspiring, and with accountability.

We will have a special 24 Day Challenge and Nutritional meeting and follow that up with two additional nutritional meetings. This will NOT be required but will be a great benefit to the program. The pricing will be in the nutritional guidebook but this is the only add-on to the program. The entire Biggest Winner Contest is NO Cost to you. The Special discount on the 24 Day Challenge or Metabolic Nutrition System will be up to any individual who wishes to do so. Although it will help with overall results because we know the benefits of it, it is not a requirement for teams or individuals to win.

The point of EVERYTHING we are doing and and will do for each of the participants who sign up is to GET RESULTS. To help you look, feel and perform better in 5 weeks than you are right now.

It’s is not about weight loss but about what YOU are looking to change in the next 5 weeks. This will give you the extra motivation.


We do ask that you only sign up if you are willing to commit to the program for the entire 5 weeks. Since you will be put on a team that is relying on you (everyone will be leaning on everyone), it’s important that you know that going in.
