Youth Athletic Performance Program – Information is at Starts next Monday. We have 9 signed up and have one more week to reach 15.

This week – M-W-F and Saturday (7am and 8am). Workouts here. Half way measurements and journal turn in is Friday.

Free Fitness Clinic June 8th @ 9am – Everyone is encouraged to attend and it will certainly help in your fitness journey. We will see how everyone reacts to it but most likely offer this once a month and change it each month.

New Cardio Club Times –
Starting tomorrow, we will begin our new 5:30am and 6:30am Cardio Club times. There will be no more PM cardio club times offered. If you would still like to get the summer special and begin with us, just Click Here to sign up.

Punch Pass for Cardio Club – Can’t commit to the full summer but want to come when you can? We do offer punch passes that come in 5 session increments. Click Here to get a punch pass to use anytime.
