Run to softball field
15 PushUps
Run back to pavilion
15 Bicep curls
4 or 5 rounds
Saturday Cardio workout
With tomorrow being an off-day for boot camp, I wanted to go ahead and give you the suggested cardio workout.
5-10 Minutes of stretching to warm up
5 minutes of Core Exercises
30 minutes at one pace. Push yourself to try and keep the same pace for 30 minutes.
