Congrats to Aylan Him who is back with us after her baby was born recently.
Aylan sent a few pictures of the new baby.  Marco was born 12/12/11
She is back in action in less than a month – WOW!

2. 24 Day Challenge Contest. We are doing 3 weeks in a
row to kick of the new year and we will have a
great incentive for those that need extra.

you don’t have to think and just follow our suggest
off-day cardio programming to help with your results.

It will kick off in a few weeks for those that are looking
