2. Cardio Club – We have met both the AM and PM times! I know those in the PM are excited.

We want to invite anyone who is interested out to our first long run this Saturday as a group. We will be doing a 3.1 mile for time. Don’t worry, if you are not ready to run, we are not going to expect you to run. We have plenty of time as well as that is all we will be doing that day.  .
