Cardio Club – We just finished our 2nd month. We are starting again on Tuesday and we have met both the AM and PM times. If you are not doing your off-day cardio, now would be a great time to get structured workouts in. We did our second 3 mile timed run on Saturday and here are the results.

Biggest Winner Information – You have until Friday April 6th to turn in all your information. We have some awesome results so please share those with us.
We can do a video testimony after a session, meet you at another session, or whatever. You have a week to get everything in. We encourage the teams to do it also.

Winner are picked out of a number jar from folks that have been to at least 13 sessions, have showed up on time, and also stayed the entire workout.
If you won something, just ask a trainer on Monday or Wednesday as it will be in the container with the prizes.
