WE have just 2 more weeks in our April Boot Camp.
The Tip of the week is for all of you who may be wanting to get the best possibly results these last 2 weeks. Simple questions to ask yourself.
We invite you to read the tip of the week and ask questions by commenting on the blog. This hopefully will allow our boot camp community to come together and help each other with different tips that can help everyone.
We also encourage each of you that are looking to make the most out of these last two weeks to use the nutrition and exercise journal or print out your own and bring to us on Friday so we can look at it and help make any changes you should make to get better results.
