Boot Camp Tips and Information for week #1

Tip – What we are focusing on this month. Last month we focused on Core, so we called it Core Month
This month we are going to focus on higher intensity exercises for shorter duration on time. Comment below what a good phrase or a good name would be this month that we can call it.
If you were there this morning, you know what we are talking about. But with the Holidays coming up, we want to going into Thanksgiving and Christmas in great shape and this month’s workouts will help you.
So the tip is really about stepping it up on the off-days and doing more core on the off days than you would normally do and follow the suggested off-day cardio we give you.

Off-day Cardio Suggestions. – As you may or may or not know, we give you what we suggest you doing the days we are not at boot camp. You can start following that as we plan it out and give you what we believe will help you. I would suggest adding 5-8 minutes of core in your off – day cardio. You have learned a lot of new exercises and should know enough to get a quick burn in before or after your cardio.
