Boot Camp Tips and Information for Week #3

1. This Weeks WORKOUTS – Don’t forget we go M-T-W-T-F-S this week. Yes that is 6 days. We encourage you to comment the workout that you did if you were not able to make it. We have designed the workouts so that you will get great workouts in but your body will recover.
Make sure you stick to the Get You In Shape Nutrition program this week. The more you can fuel your body with “good stuff” the better your body will feel each day after the workouts.


2. Monday Motivation – The power of words. The first step in changing your habits that we recommend (and go over at each Boot Camp Orientation) is thinking positive. This Motivational video will prove the power that positive words can have.

4. Product of the week – Cynthia and I just got back from a great weekend at the Advocare Success School. Advocare is the nutrition company that Get You In Shape uses because they products are safe and they work (these are the only products we personally use and also recommend in the 24 Day Challenge). This week will spot light a brand new product that may help some of you who have problems with cravings.
