We all are faced with new challenges and changes every day. When it comes to getting and staying in shape, thought, we all know that it takes a little consistency over time. You cannot just quit in what your goals and dreams are.
This is a funny little clip from Dodge ball that puts a little light into quitting. We are all faced with little decisions each day. Should we do this? Should we do that? Many of us are very blessed to be able to have our health and be able to get out and exercise. This clip gives light to Lance Armstrong’s health and how we did not quit compared to someone quitting a dodge ball team. We can all take something from it.
