Workout of the Day

5 Pull ups with Equalizer
10 Push Ups
15 Squats

We have done this twice now so you if you want to put the dates and how many you did on this blog, it will help you not have to go back and look at different blogs to see if you improved.

Complete one cercuit and see how many circuits you can get in 10 minutes.

How many did you do? We will be doing workouts so you can measure your progresss.
So comment below how many circuits you did. Also comment what you ended on.
Example would be 6 circuits and 8 pushups.

You can also leave any comments as to how hard it was.

5 circuits. Had to change to knee push-ups in the middle. I’ll get you next time, circuit!

10 and up to 4 pushups

7 circuits – that last one was really tough!

3 Air squats short of 7 sets!

8 circuits, started 9th did pull-ups and 5 squats. :)

Ours were 15 Rows with a bar, 10 pushups and 15 jump squats. I did 4.3 in 10 minutes. “My feet were wet!” ;-)

Lost count but I think I was starting set # 9

I completed 5 and a half circuits.

Can’t believe I did 10 circuits–worked hard to keep up with my partner!

Ours were 15 Rows with a bar, 10 pushups and 15 jump squats. I finished 7 full and the rows in the 8th. Tough!
