Partner “WOD” – 15 Minutes:  Comment on total number of rounds/circuits

  • 15 Rows w/ Buddy System (2 arms out = 1 row)
  • 10 Medicine Ball Tosses
  • 10 Burpees (Mountain Climbers for modification)
