Anyone up for some fall activities outside of boot camp?

We have had a number of people ask about getting a Rec league or something outside of boot camp. Mark Meyer has volunteered to help organize a GYIS fall league. If you have been to the 5:30am session or any of the Saturday sessions, Mark is the wife and father of the family that has been in our boot camp this summer. Mark, Lotta, Marcus, Nicole, and Jerod Meyer have all been in our program this summer. If you have received your August Newsletter, they were our clients of the month for August.
Mark would like to see who would be interested in getting in a Softball or Flag football league in the fall. Since it is getting close to the fall season, the deadline is coming up in a few weeks. Here is the information he sent me.

Hello fellow Boot Campers!
We all know that Boot Camp  “Is The Quickest, Easiest And Most FUN Way To Jump Start Your Fitness Program, Lose Pounds and Inches Fast, Make New, Supportive Friends, And Look And Feel Great”.  But, did you know it was also a great way to Get You In Shape for some fall fun?
I have been participating in Boot Camp with many of you all summer and I thought it would be fun to do something active together outside of the normal program.  Carrollton is offering softball and Coppell is offering flag football this fall and I would like to put together a Get You In Shape team if there is enough interest.  So if you would be interested in playing some softball, or maybe some fall football, please contact me at mark_o_meyer@hotmail.com.  Please indicate your interest in any or all of the three options below and I’ll see what we can do.  If I gather enough interest in one of the options, I’ll put together a team.  Please also let me know if you would be willing to co-captain a team.  Looking forward to playing with you!

Best Regards,
Mark Meyer (most often at the 5:30am class)
