As a former professional basketball player, Brad utilized the knowledge attained from a Master’s degree in Health, Kinesiology, and Sport Studies, to optimize his performance. With an extensive background in fitness and nutrition, he naturally wanted to share this knowledge with others as he entered into the health and fitness field. Brad believes that each of us is given gifts to use and his gifts are in supporting clients to attain health and fitness goals. He has a number of clients who would testify to the great results they’ve experienced.
Brad created and produced the Get You In Shape DVD. It provides the essential tools for anyone to lose weight, tone up, and get in shape. The workout DVD has 5 separate workouts, 36 different 12 week plans to choose from, and 25 minutes of nutrition and exercise tips from professionals in the areas of medicine, nutrition, wellness, and fitness.
Brad has pioneered a high intensity boot camp, called Get You In Shape Boot Camp, which has received rave reviews. Each month he analyzes weight loss from the group, and creates a forum for healthy support and camaraderie among the participants. He also conducts health and wellness seminars for businesses, churches and other organizations.
