Camp is not about yelling, punishing, or being in pain. These
group classes are a fun, new, exciting, and challenging way to start a
fitness program. Each session is different and ensures a
superior workout with a higher number of calories burned as we
continually change up the exercises, the timing and even some of the
positions for our exercises. Sessions are called “boot camps” because they are typically
conducted outside. But, we also like to move to an inside location
during rain or very cold weather.
Get You In Shape is not like the
“boot camps” that have combat boots and make you run for a
time when most of your employees have not run in years. We make sure
each employee goes at their own pace, that they learn HOW to properly
perform the exercises so as not to injury themselves. Our programs are about motivating,
encouraging, and inspiring each individual
to perform to their personal best and giving them the tools to be able
to make those tough changes.
The
Get You In Shape
Corporate Fitness Boot Camp
is offered to produce quick health and fitness results in a short period
of time for employees and employers. Each
Boot Camp
session is 1 hour and is offered for 4 weeks.
Each
Corporate Fitness Boot Camp covers
every fitness component from cardio endurance, strength training,
agility, speed, balance and flexibility. It is called “Boot
Camp” primarily because it is an outdoor fitness program but
it may also be an inside class depending on your corporate facility.
One of our superior certified
professional
fitness trainers leads the group exercise and fitness
activity. Each employee will be pushed to their personal limits
in all the activities. Whether employees are just beginning to get in
shape or have been a consistent gym member, the Get You In Shape Boot
Camp is for them ~ our program is for all levels of fitness.
We also find the
group environment promotes camaraderie among employees while
exercising. The group dynamics enable participants to support,
encourage and motivate each other ~ increasing participation, attendance
and making it easier to stick with the fitness program.

Shape Corporate Boot Camp drives a fun, supportive
environment making exercise a much easier and better experience than
trying to do it on their own.
The Get You In Shape
Corporate Fitness Boot Camp will be
customized to meet your company objectives and will include:

12 Fitness
Boot Camp Sessions
each month. We recommend classes be held 3 times a week for 4 weeks for
the best results, although we can define plans with different numbers of
weekly sessions.
2.
Nutrition
Program:
A step by step plan to help employees get the results they are looking
for. Program also includes help with learning how, what, and when to
eat, as well as tips and recipes to help participants succeed.
3.
Orientation
Class:
This class helps mentally prepare participants for Boot Camp and a
health and fitness lifestyle change by explaining what to expect, what
to be ready for, what to bring and by helping motivate participants to
give the Boot Camp 100% for 4 weeks!
4.
Fitness
Assessments:
Before, mid-month and after measurements and photos are taken as
tangible tools that effectively inspire and motivate participants to
focus on and achieve their weight loss and fitness goals.
5.
Nutrition and
Fitness Consulting
throughout the entire Boot Camp. Each Certified Professional Fitness
Trainer is committed to helping each employee be successful. We are
so committed to this goal, that we make ourselves available for every
participant question or fitness concern, Our email and phone numbers are
shared and participants are encouraged to contact us should they need
additional assistance outside of class.
6.
Frequent
motivational emails are distributed with tips, guidance, and ideas to
keep participants on track and further enable them to achieve their
goals.

A built
in support structure among group participants, driving not only
additional motivation but camaraderie among employees as well,

A 4 week
accountability calendar with a daily checklist of things to do.

A
journal to help educate and monitor your food intake.

The
Get You In Shape Fitness DVD. This tool
is used if someone is out of town or is working at an alternate location
and cannot attend a Boot Camp session. The DVD allows participants to
still get a good workout with the help of a professional.
