Coppell Trainer – 30 Day Challenge for September 2015back-to-school 24 Day 1
Group Personal Training program in Coppell, TX. We put out a 30 Day Challenge every month so that our clients have something to do outside of the actual workouts. These Challenges are to get you doing above and beyond your normal workout and exercise routine. Each month we do another 30 Day Challenge. We post it on our Get You In Shape Facebook Fan Page here and on our Fitness, Nutrition and Fat Loss Facebook Group page here.

Sept 2015 30-Day Challenge
Exercises
1. Punches – See video below on Jab Cross Combo
You will count in 1 & so 90 punches is 90 on each hand or 180 totalback-to-school 24 Day 1
2. Squats with kick – Check out the videos below
– Squat Kick F (front kick
– Squat Kick S (side or round kick)
– Squat Kick B (back Kick)
3. Sit Ups (classic, with soles together, running man/sprinter, slow roll (not on video) and crunches
4. Pushups – classic, hand release, negative (not on video), tricep pushups, hands close/wide or incline (on a bench/table/wall)

Punches – Jab Cross Combination

Squat Kick – S (Side kick or round kick)

Squat Kicks B (back Kick)
