Fast Bicycles 30 (15 repetitions on each leg)
Jump Squats 30 (remember to keep your form)
Sitting Twist 30 (this is the one where you sit up and twist using your abs)
FAST Squats 30
Jumping Jacks 30
Try to do as many circuits as you can do it 20 minutes> rest when needed.

NO WORKOUT – WE LOOK FORWARD TO HELPIN GYOU GET BACK ON TRACK ON MONDAY, JANUARY 4th.
Well, I was on the farm for much of the holidays. I didn’t blog about it every day, but I did several of the workouts, mixed in with lots of heavy lifting of boxes, stomping around fields, and running after children and from cows. Oh, and some good cardio on the treadmill on a few nights when I was home. It was so helpful to be able to print out the entire list and take it along. My weak spot during all this righteous effort?– kolaches– it is illegal to drive through the hill country without stopping for them.
very insipred by the comments. I managed to pick myself up off the side of a mountain about 50 times…that was a workout
Thougt id give an update… took Monday off Tuesday the 29th did 40minutes of cardio, wednesday did an hour workout:) hope everyone is having a good break
I did day 6 circuit today. I was able to do 4 circuits in 20 minutes. I am feeling the holiday relaxing catching up with me! I am glad that I was able to do the workout today! Thanks Brad!
Hello boot campers,
I was able to do five circuits today in the 20 minutes allotted to us. Doing my exercises in the morning before consuming several thousands calories seems to help me.
